With over 28 years of working in and around the construction industry, I have first hand experience of the complexities it brings.
From planning and building regulations, consultancy, eco/bio impact assessments, the list goes on, it can all be a barrier to getting started on that first intimidating step from the spinning wheel of life.
The current cost of living increases, combined with shortages of affordable housing, have made the once 'bluesky' dream of living off grid seem even more appealing.
